Letter of closure of work quotas

Each of our co-founders is only interested in getting workers for their free work quotas as soon as possible, we are a team of lawyers who quickly and competently draw up every document that the consul requires from your client on behalf of the employer, the employer provides free work quotas in the hope that they will quickly receive their workers for their job vacancies for their jobs, but if the employer himself, the co-founder himself, has provided a complete set of documents, and he is made to wait a long time and does not provide labor for his free work quotas, the employer cancels these work quotas and asks workforce from other agencies. This document that you see, we specifically show you this is the case when the employer did not want to wait long and asked for labor from another agency. If you delay for a long time not to provide employment, you will see such documents and your work contacts, of course, will be automatically canceled, since this is the right of the employer.

D type visas allow you to stay in other Schengen countries for 90 days in any 180 day period. This means that you can legally stay in the Schengen area only if your stay in the Schengen countries does not exceed 90 days in the last 180 days.

A type D visa can be issued for a maximum duration of one year.

Remember that a visa does not guarantee entry into the territory of Poland — the final decision is always made by the border service.

Polish student visas
European School of Specialists:
massage therapist, accountant, therapist, administrator, cosmetologist. The invitation is issued one day for 4 semesters (2 years). Correspondence school, classes 4 days off a month, you can work on weekdays. Polish national visa category d opens at the discretion of the consul, the school issues documents for 2 years + free courses in English and Polish.
🇮🇩From a client: a scan of a passport and a scan of a secondary education certificate with grades translated into Polish or English. Based on this visa, clients can be found in any EU country. Studying at school is not compulsory, the client can go to another EU country on his questions. These documents allow you to apply for a residence permit in EUROPE for a period of three years (in Warsaw, the procedure takes 3-5 months) The cost of documents for opening a visa is 500 euros.

Example of Romanian, Hungarian, Slovak and Bulgarian visas and contracts

Kind time of the day. We have excellent proven employers who have very large companies, from which the visa is 100% issued — this is Slovakia, this is Hungary, this is, Romania, the price of a work contract is 650 euros, an advance payment of 150, you can see vacancies on our website, the processing time is a work contract 4 weeks .., all questions are only on Watsapp, thanks

Documents:
From the applicant at the stage of ordering the service, only a scanned copy of the 1st page of the passport is needed to travel abroad. The passport is valid for at least 6 months.
ATTENTION!!! The applicant does not need to independently issue a certificate of no criminal record in the country of citizenship. This is done by the employer through the embassy of the Slovak Republic in the applicant’s country of citizenship.
The procedure for obtaining a residence permit of the Slovak Republic:

1. After providing the documents and paying the agent, the employer submits an application to the Migration Police of Slovakia to verify the identity of the candidate for problems with the law in the EU.
2. The Slovak police submits a request to the EU police and the consulate of the Slovak Republic in the applicant’s country of citizenship to confirm the possibility of obtaining a residence permit, no criminal record and restrictions on the applicant’s departure from the country of citizenship.
* If the police of the Slovak Republic and the police of your country of citizenship have information about the prohibition of issuing a residence permit (based on violations of EU legislation or legislation in the country of citizenship), the applicant’s application is canceled and the advance payment is not refundable!
3. The employer prepares a work contract for the applicant. The contract is provided from a recruiting agency in Slovakia with the possibility of working at the Eissmann car factory or the ALZA logistics company in the Slovak Republic.
4. After checking by the Slovak police, the applicant is given:
— A copy of the invitation, certified by the migration police
— A copy of the document confirming the provision of accommodation
This is the basis for the final settlement with the agent.
After paying the second part of the cost, the applicant is provided with color scanned copies of the invitation, registration of residence, a bank statement, which confirms the applicant’s financial support by the inviting party.
The applicant contacts the Slovak consulate in the country of filing and clarifies whether he can apply for a visa, the name is only a scanned copy of the documents. If the consulate agrees to submit the scans, the applicant must contact the agent and name the date of filing that is convenient for him and the consulate to which he is applying. After that, the employer contacts the consulate to resolve issues with the submission of documents.
If the consulate requires the provision of original documents, then the applicant must pay the shipping cost and provide the address of receipt of the original documents.
6. While the documents are delivered to the applicant, he draws up additional documents that are required to submit an application to the consulate (photos, insurance policies, etc.). The applicant can find detailed information on the required documents on the website of the Slovak consulate in his country of citizenship in the «Residence permit» section.
7. After confirmation of the application by the consulate, the applicant submits documents and expects to receive a visa. If the applicant has difficulty getting the queue or there is a delay, then you must contact the agent to resolve this issue. The service to resolve this issue is provided by the agent free of charge.
ATTENTION!!! After submitting an application to the consulate, the guarantee of obtaining a visa is 100%
Let me explain why: The applicant does not need to prove that he will return to his country of citizenship after the expiration of the visa, that he will not become an illegal migrant. On the basis of these documents, the consul understands that the applicant is leaving forever and in the EU he will definitely receive legal documents for life and work. A refusal can only be issued if the applicant has incorrectly prepared his documents.
8. The applicant receives a category D national visa for a period of 30 to 90 calendar days. This period is enough to have time to get a residence permit in Slovakia.
9. The applicant solves the issues with the flight to Slovakia and he is provided with information about who and where will meet him in Slovakia.
10. After arrival and meeting, the applicant is provided with temporary accommodation (in some cases, it can cost about 5 euros per day
11. The applicant, together with the coordinator, within the first 3 working days after arriving in the territory of the Slovak Republic, are sent to the migration service, where they sign an application for issuing a residence permit card, the applicant is photographed on the card and he will provide his fingerprints. The applicant is stamped in his passport to apply to the card. The card is issued within 20 days after submitting the application.
If the applicant does not appear at the migration service, he will be fined in the amount of 300 euros, which, unfortunately, he will only learn about upon leaving the EU (any country).
A job seeker can start working on a vacancy specified in the contract from the first day after passing the medical examination and initial briefing on the job.
12. If the applicant is not satisfied with the conditions of the vacancy provided, he can contact a partner recruiting agent
