the basis of the statute, and with a registered office address: (hereinafter

referred to as «Partner 2»), in to a person acting on the basis of

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the Parties), have entered into this Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the following:

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1.1. The subject of this Agreement is the interaction and cooperation of the parties to the Agreement in order to intensify and increase sales and services of each party separately, expand the scope of activities of the parties, increase the economic and economic efficiency of their activities.

1.2. Partner-1, undertakes to provide Partner-2, information and consulting services on mediation in the field of employment abroad, employees, on the basis of documents provided by Partner-2, in addition, undertakes to provide legal support to Partner-2 , in accordance with the terms of this agreement, Partner-2 undertakes to find employees for work and subsequent employment in different countries in the field of construction, textiles, cleaning and hospitality, packaging, manufacturing, agriculture, dairy industry, poultry, slaughterhouse, greenhouse economy and animal husbandry, etc., to provide Partner-1 with the necessary and stipulated package of documents for Partner-1 to fulfill its obligations.

1.3. The purpose of each party is to develop their own business and increase its efficiency. The parties to this agreement have no common purpose. This agreement cannot be regarded as a joint venture agreement.

1.4. The parties use opportunities and means, in the performance of assigned tasks, within their competence.

1.5. All issues, problems and differences that may arise in the process of cooperation, the Parties undertake to resolve through mutually constructive negotiations, taking into account the interests of both Parties and the purpose of this Agreement.

1.6. Cooperation between the Parties under this Agreement is based on the principles of equality, legality, mutual assistance, consideration of mutual interests, confidentiality of information obtained in the process of cooperation.

1.7. Legal relations that arise between the parties regarding the subject of this agreement, and are not regulated by its terms, are governed by civil and commercial law.

2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

2.1. Partner-1 undertakes:

2.1.1. Advise Partner-2 on legal issues related to the implementation of activities, provide other legal assistance.

2.1.2 Providing information on vacancies, names and locations of potential employers.

2.1.3 Provide information to Partner-2 on the vacancy chosen by the Employee: country, region, nature of work performed, requirements of the employer, working day-week, wages, housing, food.
